Rob Hannam is a skilled consultant and facilitator who excels in business and strategic planning, marketing communications and market research. His first-hand knowledge of agriculture – cultivated while working on his family farm – combined with a global view he developed working for an agricultural multinational and a range of agribusiness clients gives Rob a unique outlook. Rob has used his expertise to solve challenges for local, national and international clients and assist them with reaching their business goals.
Rob gathers valuable insights and draws upon his deep agri-food knowledge to provide clients with practical approaches and actionable solutions. He developed the Management Action Plan (MAP) for agribusinesses, a core teaching and management tool used in the Advanced Farm Management Program.

Michael Bossy has been a trusted business advisor to clients for over 25 years. He is a strategic thinker, and combines his extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant with his numerous other business designations to help farmers build their farm management skills. His background is in accounting, trust and estate planning, taxation and business consulting, with particular expertise in inter-generational business and farm transfers.
Michael is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Certified Agricultural Farm Advisor (CAFA) and Kolbe™ Certified Consultant (KCC). Part of Michael’s continuing education includes participation in The Strategic Coach® program.
